What the HOA Will Do
Once a complaint is
- submitted, the HOA will
- Review your report
- Visit the property and/or contact the homeowner
If a violation is confirmed:
- Notify the homeowner in writing
- Provide 45 days to correct or appeal
- Follow the formal appeal process if necessary
You’ll receive periodic updates as the situation is reviewed and resolved.
